This tool is designed to cut the outside diameter of a barrel within close proximity to the size needed for 1/2” threads (1/2×20, 1/2×28, 1/2×36, etc). The barrel diameter must be no larger than 1” for this to tool to function properly. This kit contains: (1) 1/2” HSS Annular Cutter (1) .30 cal cutter pilot (all 30 cal bores, 30-06, 7.62mm, .308, etc) (1) Annular cutter holder to drill adapter The cutter should be ran VERY slowly (200RPM Max) and lubricated constantly. Do not attempt to use the cutter without the pilot as the cut diameter will not be concentric to the barrel.
