Condition: There is discoloration to light plastic of the tool, on the yellows and the reds. there is a scratch on the front screen of the tool. the clamp squeaks when open. the wires are discolored slightly no splitting to the coating.

The DC part does not work on this. Mostly been in storage. The display still has the clear film cover on it. The inside plastic screw mounts though have stress cracks. See photos. Operationally tested and it does generally work overall.
