Used escape pack. This is a 5 min pack so check your facilities time requirements. Cylinder was last inspected in 13 which means cylinder will need to be inspected when filled at an air gas supplier. Shipment regulations require that I evacuate the cylinder before shipment, so you will need to have the cylinder refilled. Sorry for the inconvenience. The unit is a little over 10 years old but the plastic hood is in good shape, no cracks, or brittle plastic. The rubber air hose is in good shape, and no damage to the cylinder or valves. Bag, and hood may be a bit dirty, or dusty, or possibly stained. Pretty much what you would expect from being stored in a tool box.
